In Villain Idiot, one of you will play the Villain (who is a bit of an idiot). The rest of you are their loyal Henchmen, hopelessly in love with the Villain, vying and dying for their attention.

This asymmetrical game for 4-6 (including the GM) has two potential win conditions: either the Henchmen earn the Villain's affection, or the Villain succeeds in overthrowing a threatening hetero hero (at the cost of a lot of Henchmen).
